FINANCING
We offer financing to those who qualify.
Q: What do I need in order to qualify for financing?
A: In order to qualify, you need to have a good credit score, a steady income, and be able to pay 15% down.
Q: What if I don't qualify?
A: Do not be discouraged. There are other options for you:

Q: Financing isn't for me. What are your payment options?
A: We ONLY accept cash and bank checks. We do NOT accept either personal checks or credit cards. However, we can offer a monthly payment plan in addition to a down payment. Contact us for more details.
WARRANTIES
We offer warranties to anyone that wishes to have one. We recommend that the more mileage you have on your used vehicle, the better protection plan that you should choose. All warranties will be covered during the car buying process and we will require your signatures. There will be at least two copies per item: one for our use and one for yours. Do NOT lose the receipts!
Q: What is the Massachusetts Lemon Law, and what can you guarantee?
A: The Massachusetts Lemon Law requires used car dealers to be responisble for that vehicle for up to 30, 60, or 90 days of the sale, depending upon the mileage. If you car has problems within this time period, do NOT bring it to a repair shop without contacting us first! Remember, we'll take good care of you! Therefore, we can guarantee that our vehicles will pass inspection and at least run for 30 days of the sale!
Q: What protection plans are available?
A: We offer a variety of basic and extended warranties, covered by C.A.R.S. Protection Plus! Remember to drive safe regardless of the protection plan that you may choose! If you have any questions about any of these protection plans and their costs, please contact us!
Q: I purchased a C.A.R.S. Protection plan and my vehicle has a problem. What should I do?
A: Take your vehicle to a repair facility and have them contact C.A.R.S. at 888-335-6838 to open a claim before doing any repairs.

What are the steps in buying a used car?
Q: What vehicle is right for me?
A: Depends on your needs. In short, sedans are great on gas mileage and can fit smaller sized families. They are also good starter cars for teen drivers. Minivans and SUVs are great for larger sized families and are comfortable to travel in, but aren't as fuel efficient as sedans. Trucks are great for both transporting and hauling loads. It is a good idea to focus on your needs instead of wants, but that doesn't mean you can't get both!

Q: What else should I know about a used vehicle before I decide to buy?
A: Get the vehicle history report that details the odometer, repair history, and more. Carfax is an excellent source to view the history report of a vehicle. At this time, we do not pay for the carfax.
Q: I know what vehicle that I want. What is the next step?
A: If you have looked at our inventory and have decided what vehicle to buy, then come by the dealership during our posted hours and ask for a test drive! Our test drives only take up to 15 minutes. If you are purchasing the vehicle for another person, we encourage you to bring that person down for a test drive.
Q: I love this vehicle! Can I drive home with it now?!
A: Not yet, but don't worry because we are almost done! All that is left is going over your payment options, warranties that are available, our policies, and vehicle registration. If you have any concerns or questions regarding this process, please ask us at anytime!
